It has been a month since my last update. October flew past with most of my time occupied by my FYP. And a little bit of cooking and housekeeping, maybe. :P
Anyway, it's 11-11-11 today and you only get such a beautiful date once in a century, so I thought I'd have to at least update my blogeven though I couldn't achieve my 1111st post on this special date, just for the sake of remembrance and proving that I'm still alive and kicking.
I've been doing quite a lot of cooking at home recently, cooking what I feel like eating. Tried some new stuffs that I've never done, like sambal fried rice (the bottom two in the above pic) and curry chicken (bottom left, pic below).
I tend to alternate between rice and pasta (or even sometimes, noodles) because too much of the same thing over a period of time is boring.
Pasta is simple but there are many ways to do it, like tomyam, tomato-based or just some soup. I'm craving for aglio olio but sadly it's not time to buy olive oil yet. And there's Chatime in Ipoh! I'd like to reward myself with a cup or two on days that I've toiled too much on my FYP. Haha.
At 11:11:11am on 11/11/11, I was still in dreamland, attending a meeting with Mr Chou a.k.a. 周公, so I am posting this at 11:11:11pm on purpose. Haha. The rest of the month would still be a busy one; hopefully everything will come to an end by this time next month.
